Mi Casa has internet!

I'll never leave again. This is great.

Some items of note. I forgot to mention that when climbing El Misti, the mountain of hell and volcanic sand, we were accompanied by two very kind and helpful Germans: Florian and Luke. When the altitude got to be too much for me, they split the contents of my pack with Ben and carried it up to camp. They were great. They really were astounded to meet Ben - the first time they met a Republican outside of America. They said they had never met one who traveled. Ben dedicated his trip up the mountain to George W. Bush and Budweiser beer.

We walked almost 10 miles out to the country today to tramp through a horse ranch and ride paddle boats. Normally, one takes a bus or a taxi out to this area, but we decided it wasn't that far and we could walk it. I am definitely having dessert tonight. We did rent a paddle boat and got attacked by some nasty gangster ducks. I'm lucky to have all of my fingers intact.
